A Terrible Fright is a fictional play because we can't see ghosts and ghosts don't have beds and go to sleep.

These three ghosts who live in a haunted house with a lady who has a rooster who can speak. The ghost got beaten and squashed black and blue. He got hung on the line with pegs. The little ghost called his mum and dad because he was scared. The mother and the father said poor little ghost, down you come. The little ghost then wanted to go to bed. Dad carried little ghost up stair.

Setting - The story took place in a SPOOKY house. There were steps in the house. There were windows which showed us cows and the bright sun and a rooster on the fence.

Our Favourite Characters:
Hemi - The little ghost because I like how he said " No I don't want to go to bed, I want to stay up all day'.
Tari - The little ghost because I like the part where he said "HELP HELP, Im getting squashed".
Zoe - Mrs Scrub because she got a fright when she came into the room and little ghost was taught a lesson to never go out in the day time.
Eunice - The little ghost because he was funny. He got beaten up.
Miss Ross - The rooster because he made up funny little rhymes like 'cock a doodle doo! Beat him black and blue. Cock a doodle doo! Put him in a stew".
